Troy Loper is the fist California native to be drafted into the NLL (San Diego Seals 2020 draft) Troy is a long time Cali*Lax ALL-STAR and was the Colorado Collegiate Box Lacrosse League MVP in 2019.  Troy played NCAA D1 at Cleveland State.
